We are calling this lovely and unique sterling silver ring box vintage, but it could as well be antique.  It is a pierced, oval box featuring at the top, under glass, the image of a Heywood Hardy print of a fox hunting sidesaddle rider taking a jump.  The box is lined with hunter green velvet, the hinge and clasp are tight and it measures 2 1/4" wide, 2 1/2" long and 1 1/8" tall. It has a lovely patina, and is in wonderful condition. This could be used as a presentation box, a trinket box, a piece to be proudly displayed, or a gift that will be treasured for years to come.
